- Pixlike Creative Works retains ownership of all IP rights created by us in the course of providing the Services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- We grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the deliverables created for your project in accordance with the agreed-upon scope of work.
4. Payment Terms
